What do I do if my NFT won’t load or animate?

Please clear your cache, refresh, and try again! If it’s still not working, please jump in our discord and open a ticket, we'll be happy to fix asap.

I can’t find a piece I placed. What should I do?

From the editor, go to the stats section on the left hand side. From there, you’ll be able to remove assets by clicking on “Remove” in the “Actions” column. \

Not all of my NFTs are showing up

Refreshing the page may do the trick! If you have NFTS in different wallets, make sure you’ve connected each and selected the right one, and if you still run into issues please jump in our discord and let us know.
