How can I add audio to my oncyber space?

There are different options for you to add audio to your oncyber space:

  1. Place an audio NFT in your space
  2. Place a youtube video in your space
  3. When visiting your space, you can share audio from another tab to facilitate a more-live listening experience

note: for 1 & 2, you can click on any asset that you've place in your space to adjust its settings -- you can set the audio to play across the entire space, to play based on spatial distance, or to play only when looked at.

Can I display assets I minted & already sold?

Yes! To do that, click on a placeholder, and click on the minted tab in your sidebar. Some platforms may use their own wallet address when you mint, and unfortunately in that instance, we aren’t able to display those nfts. If the work isn't showing up, you can also directly search by entering "contractID/tokenID" when going to place an NFT.

Can you connect to your Nifty Gateway account?

Yes, you can, just click to connect your wallet, select more options, and select the Nifty Gateway login!

Not all of my artworks are showing up. What should I do?

Make sure you are looking in the right wallet/blockchain. If the work isn't showing up, you can also directly search by entering "contractID/tokenID" when going to place an NFT.

How can I create a second space?

When you're in the editor, click the up arrow in the bottom left hand corner to show your different spaces and to create a new one.

When you're in the editor, click the up arrow in the bottom left corner to show your different spaces. Click "..." and then delete the space.

It is not possible to have zero galleries on your oncyber account for the moment. If you only have one gallery and you wish to delete it, create an additional one first, then delete the gallery you wanted to delete in the first place.

When selecting a gallery to use, you’ll see the frame count there! Note: when you click to add an asset you can drag and drop the asset from the asset selection list in order to avoid using a placeholder.

Artworks from OpenSea appear in my assets list but don't load properly?

Most commonly, you can fix this problem by refreshing the metadata of these assets directly on the asset's Open Sea page, or clearing your browser cache. If none of these methods work, please open a ticket in #support and we'll see how we can help!

What's the optimal banner size/dimensions?

800 pixels wide by 300 pixels high is the optimal dimension so that the link may appear anywhere with its preview (Twitter, Discord...).

It is not possible to use the same domain name on different galleries simultaneously. To make a domain name available again, you have to delete the initial corresponding gallery or change its name.

Yes it is! Though it may be easier to do on desktop.

Each gallery on oncyber has a certain number of frames. If you don't find a big enough gallery among the free ones, there are larger galleries available at oncyber.io/marketplace

What happens to an NFT in display if that NFT gets transferred to another wallet?

For now, it will remain in the space until you manually take it out. When someone inspects the NFT, it will show the NFT's history/provenance, reflecting that you are no longer the owner.

Yes! You can embed your space as an iframe on any site. When you go to visit your space, before you enter, click "..." in the bottom right hand corner, and click on the "Embed iframe" option to get a snippet of code to use on your site.
